Building Community
At Georgetown, we believe God has uniquely gifted each person with talents, experiences, and knowledge that can bless others. Our Barn Enrichment Classes are one way we put those gifts into action.
These classes provide opportunities for neighbors to gather, learn practical skills, and build relationships in a welcoming environment. Whether it's repairing a screen, sharpening tools, learning basic home maintenance, or exploring a new hobby, every class creates space for people to connect, encourage one another, and grow together.
We see these workshops as more than educational events—they are opportunities to practice hospitality, share wisdom across generations, and strengthen our community. By opening our doors and sharing our skills, we hope to reflect Christ's love in tangible ways while helping people gain confidence, independence, and meaningful connections.
Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience or background. Come learn, share, and discover what can happen when a community comes together!
Come join us for hands-on classes, to receive advice/help on individual projects, or to fellowship with our church family and community! We offer enrichment classes that focus on educating, collaborating with, and uplifting our community while fostering stronger connections.
