God created us for relationship—with Him and with one another. At Georgetown Church, we want to be a community where people are seen, known, loved, and encouraged to grow in their faith. Wherever you find yourself in life's journey, there is a place for you here.
Our desire is to be the hands and feet of Jesus, sharing His love through meaningful relationships, acts of service, and a commitment to reaching our neighbors, our community, and the world. As we grow together in Christ, we seek to make a difference that reflects His love and grace.
Community Engagement
Feeding America
On the second Tuesday of every month, Georgetown hosts a mobile drive-thru food distribution here on our campus. Registration and distribution begins at 5:30 pm.
Bed Building Ministry
Every child deserves a safe and comfortable place to sleep. We provide beds to families for free, including a mattress, pillow, sheets, and a comforter - ensuring every child gets a good night’s sleep.
We invite church and community volunteers to come together and build beds in our on-site community woodshop.

If you or someone you know could use a little help with clothing, please call our office at 616-669-5180 to schedule an appointment to shop the clothing ministry.
Care Portal
CarePortal is an online platform connecting children in need with key community resources. This platform enables professionals, such as school counselors and caseworkers, to submit requests for children or their families in need. From there we are promptly connecting families with the support they need.
Enrichment Classes
Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your skills, we provide hands-on workshops that teach you everything you need to tackle DIY projects confidently!
Community Events
Throughout the year we host many opportunities to connect with our neighbors through game nights, mini golf, summer parties, movie nights, picnics, mom meet-ups, and other social activities. Follow our Facebook page for our next event and join the fun!

Turkey Box 2026
With the rising cost of living, many families in our community are experiencing food shortages. This Thanksgiving, we’re partnering with our neighbors and local businesses to ensure that everyone can enjoy a holiday meal. Distribution of these boxed meals will take place on Saturday, Nov 21.
Feeding America
Join us for our Feeding America drive-thru food distributions, held every second Tuesday of the month. Come at 5:00 PM to volunteer or at 5:30 PM for food distribution. No advance registration is needed. Just come as you are and participate!
