Wednesday Evening REV talks
If you are familiar with the global TED talks, you are aware that experts talk for 18 minutes or less on a topic that is geared toward Technology, Entertainment, or Design (TED). These talks can be informative, entertaining, and innovative. At the very least, they are interesting and engaging.
In Fall 2018, Georgetown Church hosted the initiative underwritten by Classis Georgetown called REV talks. Local pastors had up to an hour to present something that stirred the heart, stimulated new thinking and doing, or encouraged the imagination. These talks were as follows:
